Responsibilities:
➢ Supervising and monitoring the various of M&E services as Electrical installation, Lightning protection,
ACMV, Plumbing, Sanitary & Sewerage, Cold /hot water supply, Fire protection.
➢ Planning of daily work schedules for the foreman to supervise site progress
➢ Handling of the Purchase Order and arrange the delivery with the supplier
➢ To work within timelines set and manage the project plan to meet targeted dates and deliverables
➢ To prepare documents, drawings and updating information.
➢ Coordinate and monitor to sub-contractors to ensure the site installations and progress of works
➢ preparing shop drawings for submission
➢ submission of material for approval
➢ Ensuring M&E system operation manual and as built drawing
➢ Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise;
➢ Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
