• Supervise and check subcontractors’ work according to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings,
method statements and regulations.
• Coordinate between M&E, Architectural and Structural work.
• Manage and supervise the subcontractor’s installation work to meet the project schedule.
• Verify and ensure quality of material requisition and delivery.
• Develop quality awareness to sub-contractors.
• Assist the project manager.
• Liaise with M&E coordinators, QA/QC inspectors and RTO.
• Maintain quality documents and keeping daily work record, including additional work claims to the client and
