QUALIFICATIONS:
• Report to the General Manager
• Overall in charge on the daily sales operation
• Supervise staffs in their designated responsibilities
• Monitor incoming and outgoing stocks
• Assistant to the Operations Manager
• Oversee subordinates in their daily task
• Ensure that every staff will report everyday
• Inventory of stocks regularly to ensure it is sufficient for the next few days
• Monitor manpower activities of the kitchen crew and conducts staff’s performance appraisal.
• Check all daily products and stocks for better customer services.
• Maintaining and improving productivity in all kitchen operations as well as quality, quantity and cost.
• Preparing maintenance records and inventory reports.
• Carry out daily production and inspection of quality IC lead frames products.
• Checking on the batching plans for its daily production
• Providing feedbacks to production manager on damages to machine equipment and other production irregularities.
• Plan and assign daily operations tasks to operation term
• Operating down set designed machines for IC lead frames.
• Labeling and bracketing of the good units for inspections.
• Responsible for preparation/set up, cleaning and restocking of food service areas
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen. Maintain neat appearance and uniform standards.
• Ensure that work area is suitable for working everyday and properly stocked
• Perform all duties in the kitchen towards providing excellent service efficiently, in food storage procedures, cooking requirements and handling techniques
